We will send your lessons cards to your home address.
If there are any problems with your booking we will contact you by email as soon as we can.

We will refund any cancellation which is made at least 48 hours before arrival in resort. However we do not refund in case of illness or accident during your stay. We suggest you check with your insurance or take out the "Carré Neige" to cover your needs.
